The Murder of Roger Ackroyd By: Agatha Christie
I have been reading a novel that I started in early October and just never finished, I now regret that decision to put the book down. Although one month was just enough time for me to forget part of the plot and need to reread the beginning.
At the start of The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, Roger has just recently found out about the death of an old friend, Mrs. Ferrars. Mrs. Ferrar's death was the first to fall in a chain reaction that had begun long ago. Roger believes that Mrs. Ferrar's death was one most suspicious, because the police could not figure out how she died exactly. So Roger starts his own investigation while his sister Caroline does some research of her own. All because Roger cheated on his now deceased wife years ago with Mrs. Ferrar's maid. Roger slowly begins to unravel the mystery and as he does, more and more people are found dead. Until Roger is about to find out "Whodunn'it", he himself falls victim to the killer's curse.
I am excited to keep reading this thrilling murder novel and I can't wait to find out who is the killer and why they did it. I will keep reading to find out.
(Yes I know that if you look at my profile that I only have four posts, that is because on the first blog I already had one written and I lost all of the content in my second when I failed to properly insert a goodread's.com widget)
